Eisele Connectors presents optimal solid metal connections for the US market
At IFPE in Las Vegas from 7 to 11 March 2017 Eisele Connectors will present the company’s new products for pneumatic systems and stainless steel applications. The threads and dimensions of the premium quality connections manufactured in Germany have been tailored to American standards.
Eisele Connectors offers one of its most successful product lines, the standard connections and throttle valves of series 14 of the Eisele BASICLINE with the time-proven push-in connectors with a release sleeve, as well as accessories and flame-retardant tubes for the American market now also in inch sizes with NPT, R and G threads. The threads feature an FDA-compliant PTFE coating with PU content. In addition, G threads are available with an enclosed O-ring or VS seal ring. These new products have been included in a special BASICLINE catalogue. The BASICLINE is designed for convenient connection and disconnection of the tubes; the function of the robust and durable release sleeve is not impaired by impurities such as weld spatter.
INOXLINE stainless steel connections
Eisele INOXLINE is a complete assortment of stainless steel connections for compressed air, vacuum, gases and liquids. These non-corroding and easy-to-clean connection components are the ideal solution for stringent hygiene requirements and aggressive media. They are ideal for circuits with sensitive substances or frequent changing of media. Series 17 and 17A of Eisele’s INOXLINE provide a large selection of different stainless steel push-in connectors for pneumatic applications. Series 17 includes stainless steel push-in connectors with a release sleeve. Particularly smooth surfaces and the special design prevent dirt and other residue from accumulating in the stainless steel push-in connectors and facilitate exterior cleaning.
Series 17A is similar, but features a second seal which makes it ideal for applications with special sealing requirements, as well as high pressures or fluids. All connections are manufactured from stainless steel 1.4301/1.4307. This material offers excellent protection against corrosion and high chemical resistance, for example against many acidic liquids. The INOXLINE also includes stainless steel push-in connectors designed without dead spaces or joints where parts with media contact are produced in stainless steel 1.4404. These connectors provide a high-quality solution for applications that do not have to fulfil the most stringent requirements.
Hygienic and hermetically sealed
The new stainless steel connector of the Eisele CLEANLINE series fulfils all important criteria for use in the food processing industry and is constructed entirely according to the regulations of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). On the outside and especially on the top it is completely sealed by FDA-compliant seals made of EPDM. The outer contour is rounded and micro-machined to minimal roughness (Ra
