Stainless steel push-in fittings: hygienic, easy-to-clean, sanitary
Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel push-in fittings are manufactured of acid-resistant, corrosion-free stainless steel of highest material quality. INOXLINE is completely machined from solid material. That´s why these stainless components are ideal for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry where hygiene and cleanability are most important. INOXLINE stainless steel push-in fittings are based on the design of Eiseles standardised pneumatic connectors. INOXLINE is entirely made of stainless materials. Thanks to precise manufacturing and accurate surface processing all parts can be cleaned easily and completely.
Dead-zone free and joint-free stainless threaded connections prevent production residues from remaining on the inner surfaces. Therefore INOXLINE stainless threaded connections set standards in sanitary design. Stainless Eisele INOXLINE components are suitable for all applications under sterile conditions. Due to precise surface processing INOXLINE stainless threaded connections and stainless steel push-in fittings are hygienic and easy to clean from the outside as well. Low fabrication tolerances and high quality manufacturing workmanship are particularly noticeable in the INOXLINE range of stainless threaded connections and stainless steel push-in fittings.
INOXLINE meets all hygienic requirements
Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel components offer a long service life. Uncompromising Quality made in Germany sets them apart from other push-in fittings for vacuum, gases, fluids and compressed air that are offered on the market. Stainless threaded connections, stainless steel push-in fittings with one or two seals and accessories are the main product families of the INOXLINE range. INOXLINE series 17 and 17A cover a broad range of stainless steel push-in fittings for compressed air. The stainless steel push-in fittings with release sleeve are included in series 17. The special construction and extra finish-machined surfaces keep dirt and other residues away from adhering, so easy cleanability is granted. Series 17A carries a second seal. These stainless steel push-in fittings aim on applications with high demands on leak-tightness, installations operating with high pressures or fluid applications. Materials used are stainless steel 1.4301/07 or request also stainless steel 1.4404.
Series 3800 with jointless stainless threaded connections and series 3600 with dead-zone free stainless threaded connections are the rigt choice for liquid media and other fluids, e.g. pharmaceutical products or foodstuffs. Made of stainless steel 1.4404 their inside can be cleaned very easily. Trouble-free delivery with adequate pressure is supported by outer diameters up to 22 millimeters. These stainless threaded connections work with pressures from zero to 25 bar. Their temperature range is between zero and 100 degrees Celsius.
Our extra series INOXLINE 1600 was especially developed for paint- and varnish use. These stainless threaded connections are made of stainless steel 1.4301/07 and have successfully worked in paint shop applications for more than ten years now.
