Durable plastic tubes for every application
In addition to solid metal connection components Eisele also offers combined connector and tube systems. The systems consist of Eisele connection components and plastic tubes that are perfectly adapted to each other. From compressed air tubes to special plastic tubes that are resistant to chemicals as well as flames, kinking, hydrolysis or extreme temperatures, Eisele delivers the entire spectrum:

As a result of close tolerances the plastic tubes are also ideal for use in applications that require leak-proof tubes. The tubes are available in many standard colours and can also be coded for different fluids or functions. In addition to standard compressed air tubes Eisele also has plastic tubes and compatible accessories for special applications.
Tubes are available in the following materials:

- polyether-polyurethane (Eisele Hydro / Eisele ProWeld)
- polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
- fluorethylene propylene (FEP)
- perfluoralkoxy alkane (PFA)
- polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric-reinforced tube
- nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) with metal braiding
Eisele plastic tubes are externally calibrated to guarantee a perfect seal of the push-in connections. Internally calibrated tubes, which are partially fabric-reinforced, are used only in combination with spouts. Depending on the material Eisele plastic tubes are stable at temperatures from 104 °F (PE) to 302 °F (PFA, PTFE). Unpressurised PTFE tubes can even withstand temperatures up to 500 °F.
Special plastic tubes for coolants
Eisele Hydro tubes made of polyether-polyurethane (PU-H) are fully hydrolysis- and microbe-resistant plastic tubes that offer a cost-effective solution for coolant applications that do not require flame-retardant tubes. Plastic tubes for use in coolant applications for welding processes must be flame-retardant. For this purpose we recommend high-quality Eisele ProWeld tubes of polyether-polyurethane (PU-H).
